You never know, on that rack of ugly, matronly dresses you may find something beautiful. Go to places like Ross, TJ Maxx, and Marshalls or any other outlet. They buy out designer pieces and sell them for half the price. You can find really great stuff there if you're patient.<br><b>References : </b><br> Thrift stores. Forever 21 and even Charlotte Reusse are pretty good stores with lots of bargains. If you really want to bargain I suggest Ross, Walmart, Target, Marshalls and even goodwill stores. Now Ross is nice because you can find cute things for $7 even!
