Like what sites should i avoid and stuff?

Don’t use P2P file sharing. Get one of the good anti-virus software, make sure you have a firewall. Use a browsers that supports WOT (web of Trust) that way you’ll know if a web site is Bad. Make sure all all your programs are updated for security patches. Use Secunia.

Have an anti virus software with anti spyware such as Webroot’s and keep it updated. Run a scan once a week and try not to open suspicious attachments on your email and sneaky websites. A firewall helps too.

Well advoid any illegal sites like pirated stuff and whatnot….also if your so conceredd buy virus protector software I like mcafee…it cost around $60 dollars its worth it, if you want your computer to last the free software like avg isn’t as good… most sites are okay oh and almost forgot any heavy internet user most likely came across this site one time or another me myslef around 3….It says windows 2009 virus protector or something like that….the address bar has a weird name….if any site says your computers infected and you must download stuff leave the site at once….all it does is install virus on your computer…Oh and if you use limewire some stuff on there has viruses..

Below is what I use on all wired and wireless PC/Server.

1# start off with a clean PC
2# use Firefox with add-ons: Ad Block Plus, Flash Block. KeyScrambler, RC4 Encryption, CS Lite
3# use Rising PC Doctor Free (features leak updates OS/Office)
4# use Rising RAVINTFree (freeware AV/Spyware/Malware/Adware)
5# use Rising RFWINTFree (freeware Firewall/Intrusion Detection/HIPS)
6# use RegProt (freeware Run/Run As registry protection)

Everything is 100% freeware so you don’t have to buy anything. Rising is from China but it works great. Free automatic Updates. Password protection. The Rising PC Doctor has other tools but that’s all 100% Free.
