There seems to be the conception that gay spirituality travel (whatever that means to you) is “work”. Nobody wants to work on a vacation. That’s why we take a vacation in the first place, to get “away from it all” for awhile, to escape. We seem to frame the concepts of spiritual and personal growth with thoughts like: “I need to do this” or “I should do that” because “it would be good for me”. With those ideas as a background, it’s no wonder that so many of us think of spiritual and personal growth as “work”. When we’re on a vacation, we want to leave all the “need to’s” and “should’s” of daily life behind us, for at least a short time.

When we come to decorating our homes the bathroom, possibly the most used room in the house, tends to get overlooked and just gets a splash of paint. We have a few ideas here that won’t cost very much, are very easy to do and will leave your bathroom looking fantastic.

One of my favorite ways to treat myself is to go to the movies and have a splurge on the delicious food available there. Yes I know that its over priced and couldn’t be called healthy, but in my book, a little of what you fancy does you good!

By the time I was admitted to law school, my concern was about my life, and how dull it would be for the next three years. I have the impression back then that if I want to carry on with finishing law school, devoting all my time to studying should be my only option.

One of my hobbies is playing fantasy sports leagues. I’ve playing for a while now and have fantasy teams in baseball, basketball and football. I’ve also tried other basic, sports based games.

There are many ways these days to meet new and prospective partners; I personally am a great fan of meeting people online. If you have a somewhat cellular life which limits your social life, you tend to just stick with the same friends all the time.
